Amy Morelli and Abby Liga threw a fabulous party recently at The Citrus in Downtown Orlando and it was great to see everyone and eat some wonderful food!

Amy is super talented and designs amazing invitation and Abby is a wonderful photographer! They are both super cute and so much fun to be around-it was awesome to be a part of the night.

I had a lot of fun catching up with Susan and Michele with Just Marry and also Brittany with E-Events! (pictured with me)

I was feeling a bit under the weather and I wanted to tuck the kids into bed so I departed a little early but was told to grab a gift bag on my way out! When I got home I opened the bag and hit the mother load (as Tina-my assistant-would say!) There was a card on top that told me I had one of the surprise gift bags. There were gift cerificates for Citrus, Blue Martini, Infusion Tea and a portrait session with Abby. Plus there was jewelry, body scrub, lotion .... it was the best gift bag ever!

One of the greatest blessings of my job is that I have met some wonderful brides and I have kept a relationship with them well after the wedding day.

This past Saturday for my wedding in Daytona Beach, I contacted former bride Amanda (who lives in the area) to see if she wanted to help me for set up and the ceremony.

It was great to see her and catch up! It'll be 2 years in October since her and Isaac got married in a beautiful and touching ceremony at First United Methodist Church in Winter Park and then had a fabulous reception at The Ballroom at Church Street.

Amanda and Isaac are expecting a little girl in about 4 months and I couldn't be happier for them. They will make wonderful parents!

Thanks so much Amanda for your help this past weekend-so great to have you there!

CONGRATS SHANNON & JOE

Hats off to photographer Kellie Waren Underwood with her amazing turnaround time! We did this wedding on Saturday out in Daytona Beach at the Hilton and today she had some great detail shots for me so I can talk about the wedding!

I have to say I was a little nervous about this wedding because Shannon was a little hesitant on the colors and we went back and forth lots of times BUT I am so thrilled that it all turned out perfectly for her. She said to me at the end of the night, it's great to see it all and not just on a diagram! :)

Tommy Murphy with Greenery Productions made this event come to life for Shannon and having the square tables and round tables mixed with high centerpieces and low centerpieces with Chiavari chairs ..... needless to say it was breathtaking!

Special thanks to Danny with Power Entertainment DJ who kept the dance floor packed all night!

I was fortunate enough to be selected to plan The Knot industry party that we just had this past Wednesday at Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant in downtown Orlando and it was a "Green Event!" I am happy to say that all of our flowers were taken to MD Anderson Cancer Ward the next day, thanks to Special E! I even handed out potted herbs as my favor!

The party was great and I have received tons of e-mails and phone calls from vendors telling me how much fun they had-my goal was accomplished! We all work so hard in this industry taking care of people and I really wanted to take care of everyone for the night-the drinks were flowing and the food was amazing!

Special thanks to my #1 DJ-Steve Weinstein who made sure we had the crowd dancing! Also, the room look wonderful and I can't thank Jay and his team at Flowers of Winter Park enough for all they did during this process. Shanna Rae did some fabulous cakes for the party and we had Sweet! come out with their wonderful cupcakes.

Last but certainly not least is the fabulous photorapher, Brian Adams! You can see all photos from the night by clicking here!

I am so excited that PJ sent me some photos from the wedding last weekend at the Omni! These photos are amazing but I guess that's easy when the subjects are so freaking adorable!

An all new look!
I am so excited to announce that I have received a make over (not the kind that I probably really need but the kind to keep my company young and hip!)
My assistant, Tina, has been working on a new logo for me for about 3 months and I could not be happier with this new look! She totally rocks and I am so thankful to have her on my team!
As I approach my 5th Anniversary in business, I thought it was time to update my look so check out my new website and I hope you all like the new logo as much as I do!

AMIT & MELISSA

What a weekend! I was at the Omni at Champions Gate all weekend as Amit and Melissa had an Indian Ceremony on Saturday and an American Ceremony on Sunday.

I can't believe I didn't take any photos on Saturday but Sunday I managed to get a few. I loved the candy station (shocker) and also the groom's cake that Melissa surprised Amit with and the Eiffel Tower cookies that Amit surprised Melissa with. (Thanks Shanna Rae for doing such a great job with them!)

But the best surprise came in the middle of the reception when we took the cake outside and invited all guests outside to watch them cut the cake .... little did they know that as they went to feed one another, we signaled for the fireworks to go off behind them. Everyone loved it!

Best wishes to the Dr. & Mrs!
