Eventfully Yours staff

Have you had the chance to meet me and my fabulous staff? I'm Tracy L. Marini, owner of the company for 11 years now. I have planned hundreds of weddings from intimate affairs of just 10 people to larger weddings with over 600 guests. I truly love what I do and get so excited to be a part of a couple's very special day! BUT ... I cannot do it alone!

Amanda Lima (bottom photo) has been with me since February of 2011. She is a mommy to her sweet boy, Noah, who was born in July 2013 and her and fiance, Jeff, are getting married in August of this year. Amanda is a wonderful person with a sweet heart and kind spirit. She does a great job making sure your special day is in order and taking great care of the bride and groom and their bridal party!

Samantha Glock (just above Amanda Lima) has been with me since 2013. Samantha has been a great asset to the team and is effective in handling details for the wedding day and making sure everyone is comfortable!

Amanda Thornton (top photos) and Celeste Swank (below Amanda Thornton) are the newest additions to the Eventfully Yours team but the perfect ones! Handling day-to-day office duties and working with clients on a personal level has helped them become acclimated quickly into the wedding planning routines. They are two peas in a pod, both so kind and always greet you with a smile. They put their best foot forward to make sure your wedding day goes off without a hitch!

All of my staff graduated from UCF Rosen Hospitality School!

We all look forward to meeting you soon and can't wait to help you plan your wedding day!

Jenna and Glen at The Grand Bohemian

With 11 weeks until New Year's Eve, Jenna walked into my office not knowing where her wedding would be or what vendors she would hire. She just knew she wanted a New Year's Eve wedding! Her and fiance, Glen, were hoping to have it at their home that was being renovated but after making a trip out there the following week, we knew that it was likely not going to be ready on time.

So I came up with The Grand Bohemian and worked with them on creating a very special and memorable wedding day. The wedding was to take place late at night, after Glen's basketball game. Ceremony was scheduled for 10pm on the rooftop but we greeted guests with a glass of champagne and beautiful music by R. Christopher and Showtime. After a very touching ceremony, guests enjoyed some hors d'eouvres and drinks by the pool and then were guided downstairs to a club style reception where DJ Chinky spun some serious tunes!

The decor was killer of course, with Tommy Murphy with Greenery Productions by my side. When Jenna had said in her planning session "how will we know how we look all night?" Tommy said, "well girl, we'll just put up some mirrors!"

Special thanks to Tabitha McClausand for the amazing photos! Excited that Grace Ormonde, a luxury bridal magazine will be featuring this wedding soon!

Mary & James at Waldorf Astoria

In mid-November, I received a call from a frantic groom that was trying to plan a wedding from New York in Orlando at The Waldorf Astoria in just 5 weeks. The only thing him and his fiance had booked was the hotel.

Needless to say, I got to work right away. And lucky for me, Garrett Nudd, Greenery Productions, The Buzzcatz and Power Entertainment DJ were all available for this wedding! It was a crazy 5 weeks but so amazing to see how when you put a great team together, you can make an event happen .. and happen very well!

James and Mary were just blown away with everything and so appreciative of all our hard work. It was truly a wonderful day and I'm so thrilled that I was able to help in making it all happen!

Taylor and Danny at Lange Farm

I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor and Danny a couple of years ago when they were in the bridal party for a wedding I had planned. So when they called me to meet up - I was super excited to have the opportunity to see them again and help them with their special day!

They were stuck on venues and I was able to suggest Lange Farm to them and they loved it and were able to find a date that worked for them! Located in Tampa, we didn't have a ton of face to face meetings but Danny did most of the planning with Taylor's busier schedule via e-mail and phone calls. We hired Good Food Catering and they were willing to work with Taylor and Danny on their - "we don't want to sit and eat, we just want to party and have food out all night" - idea of a reception. And boy were they right! Their friend and DJ, Grant Hemond, had guests on the floor the entire reception! It was truly one heck of a party! With a cigar roller outside and the bar on the patio, guests were in and out all night, drinking, eating and having a fabulous night!

I had the chance to work with Corey Conroy Photography for the first time and he was awesome! 'Just one more shot' was his line all night long and true to his word, he got the perfect shot .. a few times!

And the best part about the wedding was that, 2 1/2 years after I had first met Taylor and Danny, now Jake and Chrissy were in the bridal party and I had a chance to see them and visit with them during the reception. I'm so blessed to have such awesome clients and the fact that they refer me to their friends after it's all said and done .. truly humbled!

Elizabeth & Colin's Wedding at Costa d'Este

This was my first time at Costa d'Este out in Vero Beach and hopefully not my last! This boutique hotel is exquisite and having the opportunity to work with Elizabeth was just an absolute delight! Truly one of the most beautiful brides on the inside and out!

Elizabeth and Colin were laid back but knew what they wanted. They truly trust Tommy Murphy of Greenery Productions to pull their vision to life and he did not disappoint! Special thanks to PS Photography for these wonderful images!

Mia and Ben at Rosen Shingle Creek

I remember meeting Mia and her mom for the first time and thinking - please, pick me!! I wanted to work with them so bad! :) They were fun and energetic and just the nicest ladies! Lucky for me, I got my wish and we had a blast planning for about 15 months. I had recommended Rosen Shingle Creek to them and they left my office and went straight there and fell in love with the hotel and of course, Catering Manager, Francesca Fistner.

We secured Divine Light Weddings right away and then Soundwave DJ and Atmospheres Floral.

The ceremony took place at St. James Cathedral in downtown Orlando and then after a small break, the cocktail hour began in Upper Butler and then guests were invited to Lower Butler for a wonderful party!

Faces by Alicia helped Mia look even more gorgeous than she already does!

Melanie & Chris at Hilton Bonnet Creek

Absolutely gorgeous wedding at the Hilton Bonnet Creek in September of 2013 and even though it was a very warm day, we brought some umbrellas out to shade the guests and it was perfect! Melanie & Chris were wonderful to work with and it was fantastic to see their vision come to life. Special thanks to Limelight Photography for the amazing photos and to Tommy Murphy of Greenery Productions for the floral and design.
