Merry Christmas!
The family and I flew up to Michigan to visit my mom and dad and my two sisters (Diana and Shawn) and aunts, uncles, cousins ....
This is only the second time in the 10 years that John and I have been married that we have come up for the holidays. After not being here last year and me being so sad about it, I knew no matter what I wanted to come be with my family.
After all, isn't that what Christmas is about? Being with those you love at such a wonderful time of year.
I'm so thrilled that I got to see everyone and that there was snow on the ground! My kids had a blast in it and David was so pumped to use the snow blower! :)
I am so thankful for so many blessings in my life, but most of all my wonderful family!

Mary and Jason's E-Session
I met Mary a few years ago when she was a bridesmaid in a wedding I coordinated and actually was fortunate enough to do her sisters wedding a few months ago.
I am thrilled to be working with these two! They are truly amazing people and I am so looking forward to their big day at Iselworth in March!
Photographer Troy Battle was nice enough to send over some shots from the e-session that they had this past weekend.
Seriously, are they not just the cutest couple?!

This past weekend Stephanie and Nick met up with Troy Battle for their engagement session photos and it looks like they had so much fun!
I have been working with Stephanie and Nick for 7 months but had never met them until this past weekend. They were in town from Chicago for a very productive weekend of dj meeting, floral meeting, tasting at Portofino Bay Hotel and their engagement session!
I so enjoyed my time with them and am looking forward to their big day in March!

Last weekend we were out at Grand Bohemian with Tracy and Patrick and I was so honored to be with them on such a special day!
Everyone was such a joy to be around and I truly enjoyed working with the two of them!
Tommy Murphy of Greenery Productions went to school with these two love birds and wanted to make the setting extra special! And that he did-I LOVE the way the ceremony site looked and loved that he made it different than anything I'd seen there before.
Special thanks to Kevin Keelan for sending these photos my way-I had a great time working with you buddy!

LIZ AND MATT E-SESSION
I am so excited about working with Liz and Matt! I met them three years ago at another wedding and have been lucky enough to see them at a few more.
They recently had their e-session with Jen of Fortin Photography so I wanted to post a couple of my favorites!
I cannot wait for March 28!

A couple weeks ago Lisa wtih E-Events and Abby Liga had an open house to celebrate their new office and I was so excited when I saw Garrett and Joy Nudd there!
I have not seen them since April when we did Natasha and Jason's wedding at Isleworth and it was so much fun to catch up and share some laughs.
Had to share this photo of Lisa and Jessy-aren't they so darn cute?!
I love being at the Omni and am so thankful that we are serving as the coordinators out there. The hotel is fabulous-the staff rocks and I've gotten to meet some wonderful couples.
Judi and Mark got married this past weekend and Mike Briggs was nice enough to send me over some images to post.

We were out at The Omni for a two day event this past weekend as Lailee and Rajeev flew in from New York and London (respectively) to tie the knot!
There were so many fascinating cultures, including Indian and Perisian, over the weekend.
Thanks to Fred Scott for sending over these photos!

I am so fortunate to have such wonderful clients and to have built some great friendships over the past 5 years! Heather and Damon were definitely those clients who I bonded with immediately which was awesome, considering they came to me from another coordinating company that had to move away.
It was an instant connection with them both and Heather's parents! I truly enjoyed my time planning with them and getting to know them all and thought the day was amazing!
Held in New Smyrna Beach at Heather's parents condo, this wedding was a show stopper. From the flowers, to the linens, to the food, to the steel drum player, to the picture perfect weather, everything was fantastic!
Thanks Cory Callahan for these photos!

GOING THE EXTRA MILE ..... LITERALLY
A couple weeks ago we had Lindsay and David's wedding at Paradise Cove and I was already teamed up with some wonderful vendors, Marc Harmon Photography, Greenery Productions and White Rose so from a coordinator standpoint I was very thankful that they incorporated a great team.
Lindsay hired Michele Rene for hair and make-up and although I had never worked with her before, she won (in my book) for being the best vendor at a wedding!
Lindsay's sister was flying in on the day of the wedding and unfortunately her plane was delayed in Atlanta. The wedding was scheduled to start at 5pm and Christina's plane landed at 4:50pm. Michele and her team were waiting at the airport for her and got her in the car and drove off to the wedding, while doing her hair and make-up in the car!! They would call me every five minutes to tell me where they were and as soon as they pulled into the parking lot of Paradise Cove, we began the processional!
Meanwhile, Christina is in the car changing into her dress and as I signal to her that it's time, she jumps out of the car, we hand her the bouquet and she hugs Lindsay real quick (there were definitely tears from us all at this point) and she walks down the aisle as if she had been there the entire time!
Linsday and dad enter, and only 25 minutes behind schedule. Whew-deep breath! Definitely the craziest moment I've had in five years! But to see Lindsay's face as Christina stepped out of the car-a moment I will never forget!
So .... hats off to Michele and her team! She drove over from Tampa for the job, then drives to the airport and then back home again. And everyone looked amazing!

FOUR WEDDINGS AND A ...... REHEARSAL
Today was a busy day for us! We had four weddings (two at Omni, one at Grand Bohemian and the last at Shingle Creek) and one rehearsal so we will be ready for the wedding tomorrow!
Everything went great and I am thrilled to have found such a wonderful team to work for me. It truly makes my days easier knowing they always put their best foot forward and help me execute each and every wedding.
I had to share a few photos that I took from Bridget and Brian's wedding at Shingle Creek. This candy bar was by far my favorite one I've done. I do think Bridget was trying to feed an army with all of the candy she had but ohhhh ... it looked perfect!
And I absolutely loved what Tommy Murphy at Greenery Productions did for her centerpieces! Definite WOW factor!
