Eventfully Yours was honored to be featured in the latest issue of Orange Appeal Magazine for the wedding of Amy and Jonathan out at Omni Orlando Resort. When Amy first came in my office I had a photo on my wall of a birchwood chuppah that Tommy Murphy from Greenery Productions had designed for a past client and Amy fell in love with it. I introduced the two and Tommy created a masterpiece, once again!

I suggested that Amy & Jonathan have their cocktail hour first due to the late start of the ceremony time. It worked out beautifully as guests started off the night with drinks and hors d'oeuvres and were able to watch the ceremony. We did a sparkler "entrance" back into the hotel as Amy & Jonathan led their guests to the reception where Steve with Power Entertainment DJ had the dance floor packed all night! Phyllis and Matt

Phyllis and Matt were married at The Vinoy in St. Petersburg and the planning was done over the phone, e-mail and Skype since they reside in New York!

Heather and Jamie

The day I met Heather, her sister and MOH Rachael and her mom, Kathy, I truly fell in love. I was so giddy after our meeting and had my fingers crossed that I would be the lucky one to work with them. The next day I got the call that would change my life! :) Working with the Sarabasa family was so awesome! I have never met a family more devoted, commited and crazy as this one! It was a fun ride for sure and one I'm sure I will never forget!

Heather and Jamie did first look photos, allowing Misty plenty of time to get some amazing shots!

This was the most perfect wedding I've ever done. From the couple, to the vendors to the day itself. Everything was just awesome. What a fun and beautiful evening for Amy & Jonathan at Omni Orlando Resort! The wedding took place on November 12th and we had the cocktail hour first, then ceremony and went directly into the reception!

Julie Brewer sent me a sneak peak of their engagement session out at Hyatt Grand Cypress and although Julie is amazing, it's easy to look good when your clients are gorgeous! I love the laughter with Jason in this one - he is such a good man and I can't wait to meet his mama and tell her what a great job she did with him!

By far, this was one of my most favorite weddings of the year. From the gorgeous decor by Raining Roses to the fabulous couple, Raquel and Chris!
Raquel reached out to me before she was "officially" engaged because she knew the time was coming and they were all so excited. By the time we scheduled a consult a week later, Chris had asked for her hand in marriage!! We all fell in love with one another at the initial meeting and I sure our Lebanese background had a lot to do with it! We were all loud and crazy and got along just perfectly!

So the planning began and we went for the best of everything - Knowles Chapel, Peyton Entertainment, Portofino Bay Hotel, Garrett Nudd Photography, Pro One Video, Buzzcatz, Raining Roses, A Chair Affair, Pearl Beach Paperie and LeJeune Artistry. The day was absolutely perfect and the rain did not stop everyone from having the time of their lives!

We wish you all the happiness in the world and are so honored to have been part of it all!

REBEKAH & RYAN

In early July we had the opportunity to work with Rebekah and Ryan for their most special day. A wedding that took place at her grandfather's home in Windermere, in the same backyard that Rebekah's parents got married in!

Seriously! So gorgeous and not a drop of rain that night!

The look was very much farmer's market style with crates and mason jars - a casual feel to it all. Arthur's Catering did an amazing job with the food!

The cake topper was the same one her parents used (they decided to pose again for a little re-inactment!)

Fabulous evening! Maria Shafer with Celebration DJ had everyone on the dance floor all night. And Ryan's mom did all of the beautiful flowers, including the bouquets!

Sparklers were the perfect exit as Rebekah and Ryan headed to the lake for their send off in a boat. Best wishes to a fantastic couple!!

CHRISSY & JAKE

This wedding was so special to me because two years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Chrissy and Jake while planning Jake's sisters wedding. So this wedding was a bit of a reunion for me and I was so thrilled and honored to be a part of another Sims wedding!

Chrissy and Jake chose the Winter Park Presbyterian Church to exchange their vows while the Winter Park Farmer's Market was a definite for their reception!

The night included fantastic music by Ricky Sylvia and The Buzzcatz and a cigar roller by Sosa Family Cigars and photo booth station that photographer Cory Callahan did! Former University of South Florida students (and recent offensive tackle for The Bulls), Chrissy and Jake personalized the wedding with a unique cake topper and grooms cake!

REENA & TESH

At the end of May we were at Omni Orlando Resort for a 4-day Indian wedding and I'm not going to lie ... it was exhausting! But so much fun and exciting to see it all come together after 6 months of hard work.

We started with the Engagement Ceremony where a fire dancer performed for the guests and then everyone went into David's Club for a high-energy welcome dinner/party! Decor by Suhaag Garden.

On Wednesday afternoon was the Mehendi out at the formal pool where Suhaag Garden handled the decor for the day. The ladies had umbrellas and mojitos at the bar to keep them cool.

Wednesday night was the Sangeet. A paparazzi themed event where guests walked the red carpet and had photos taken. Event decor by Occasions by Shangri-La.

Thursday night was Italian Theme Night and we had Cirque performers do a 30-minute show for guests and then feast on Italian food, visit a wine area and have desserts out of a gondola. Decor by Occasions by Shangri-La.

Friday night was the ceremony and reception night and we brought one of the Cirque performers back just to do the champagne toast. Decor by Occasions by Shangri-La.

TERESA AND JP

I absolutely fell in love with everything associated with this wedding! The couple, the family, the location, the personalization of items used during ceremony/reception .... (I could go on and on!)

Teresa and JP were a true joy to work with - just the sweetest couple and so pleasant and grateful for us helping them with their big day.

The wedding took place out at Lange Farm in Dade City, Florida.

Although the facility offers an indoor location, Teresa was set on having a tent and with all the land out there - it was easy to assist with that dream!

The s'mores station was a huge hit towards the end of the night as we set out burlap sacks and pillows around the campfire to guests to sit on.

Olympia Catering out of Tampa was absolutely wonderful to work with and we really capitalized on the mason jars that Teresa's mom bought and gave to us to use all over.

We used the mason jars on the tables with some fresh flowers but put the burlap overlay down first. We also wrote out the menu on the chalkboard so guests would know what was on the menu.

The dessert station was unbelievable! Cake and pies - oh my!! :) As you can see, another burlap overlay was put on the table and all the signs were homemade by Teresa and JP!

KELLI & DARRYN

I had the honor to work with Kelli and Darryn on Memorial Day weekend out at Hammock Beach Resort for their big day! A couple years ago I worked with her sister, Stephanie, for her Portofino Bay Hotel wedding so to have the chance to see the family again just warmed my heart.

Floral was done by Details Flowers and photos by Stephen Yanni.

I was thrilled that Kelli and Darryn chose to use PhotoMingle at their reception - it was such a huge hit and I even joined in on the "mingle"! :)

I received the nicest e-mail from Kelli's mom that said - "Two Beautiful Daughter's, Two Gorgeous Weddings, One Awesome Planner!!" I actually cried when mom and dad hugged and said how pleased they were that I was a part of both daughter's weddings! That is what it's all about - relationships and making people happy. I'm truly blessed!

UNVEILED

It was a complete honor to be a part of Unveiled at the Loew's Portofino Bay Hotel last week!

I worked with Nicole Belmonte at Royal Pacific and Tracy Ferguson of Petals by Design to create the image they had for the hotel - organic, earthy feeling with beautiful colors.

I knew I wanted the Hayden Table from Room Service and then brought in colors with a table runner (Orange Saffron) from BBJ Linen along with a green charger (called Marbella) and napkins to match.

The night was a huge success as brides were wowed by designer Angel Rivera and his very high energy fashion show!

Nicole and Alex were married in early April at Lake Mary Events Center and it was a gorgeous day for a wedding and a party!!

Nicole and her family wanted a relaxing and fun reception with stations of food throughout the venue as well as bars inside and out and furniture surrounding the dance floor. Arthur's Catering did an amazing job with the food while The Buzzcatz kept the dance floor packed all night - including a fun New Orlean's tradition of the Second Line Dance!

DONNA & EDDIE

We have the pleasure of working in a lot of venues around Central Florida but I have to be honest, Portofino Bay Hotel is definitely my favorite spot!

So when Donna came to me and she was trying to decide where to have her wedding, I was really hoping she would settle on this fantastic location and lucky me (and her) she did!!

Donna and Eddie had a gorgeous early Spring wedding and it was a perfect day on the Villa Piazza Lawn. Atmospheres Floral designed all the bouquets as well as the linen and centerpieces in the Venetian Ballroom. The night was a huge success with The Buzzcatz running the reception music.

This is by far my favorite spot in the hotel - the grand staircase!

THE KNOT INDUSTRY PARTY

Eventfully Yours was choosen as the planner for The Knot Industry party held on March 8, 2011 at The Mezz in downtown Orlando.

Upon being selected, owner Tracy L. Marini, immediately started to put the best of the best vendors together! The first stop - Greenery Productions and Tommy Murphy. After a couple site visits to The Mezz, Tommy and Tracy knew exactly what to do - simple but dazzling! Tracy recruited Design Elements, Chic Event Furniture Rental, Junction 88, Bake Me a Cake, Cuisiniers and Barfly to make sure the night would be a huge success. She also brought Julie and Kevin Brewer on board to capture the night with photos and video!

I got a call in late August from Jennifer saying she needed some help pulling her November wedding together and I after meeting her and her mom, I was thrilled to jump in and help. Such a wonderful family and I was so touched by their warmth and welcoming spirits! The wedding was to take place at Jennifer's parents home - a home that her dad built.

David captured my heart the minute I met him in my office! My dad and brother served in the Marine Corps so I felt an immediate connection with David and loved his humor and easy going spirit!

Sabra and Ken's Omni Wedding

Sabra and Ken's October 23rd wedding at the Omni Orlando Resort was an absolute blast! Planning the wedding from Canada was a challenge for these two love birds and only having the chance to meet Sabra once and not meeting Ken until the wedding was a disappointment because they were just so awesome to be around! It was a great party and everyone had a blast!

I was thrilled to work with long time friend Garrett Nudd! And The Knot performed for the reception and had the dance floor packed! Debbie Robertson knocked Sabra's socks off with her decor!

A few weeks ago Meredith and Patrick strolled the streets of Winter Park as they shared some intimate moments taking their "first look" photos and family photos on their wedding day so they could feel more at ease when the ceremony started and enjoy cocktail hour with their guests.

There's not much I won't do on wedding day and working with a photographer is sometimes a big part of my job-especially when kids are involved! Here, I'm captured making faces at the little kids behind Troy Battle's back!

AMY & PREET'S BIG (and quite long) DAY

Amy came to me in June and asked if I could help plan a wedding for her in 4 months! I told her of course I could but told her to be ready for a fast ride!!

We started off by booking the venue-Omni Orlando Resort and then went full force with all other vendors. So thankful to have Brewer Photo & Video available that day as well at LeJeune Artistry and of course I needed the talent of floral desinger Tommy Murphy of Greenery Productions.

The challenge was that it was going to be a very long day. We started off with hair and make up at 7am in order for Amy to be ready for the Sikh Ceremony at 10am and then luckily her and Preet had a chance for a quick nap before starting hair and make up again at 2pm to get ready for the Christian Ceremony.

Although the day was long, Amy and Preet enjoyed the day and cherised the chance to celebrate with family and friends. I'm sure they enjoyed the Cabana by the pool A LOT on Sunday afternoon! :)

National Ballroom at Omni looked amazing, especially with the uplights that Get-Lit Productions provided. Makes all the difference in the world when setting the tone and feel of the room.

THE KNOT PARTY IN JACKSONVILLE

I had the honor of being asked to work with The Knot for their Industry party in Jacksonville, Florida in late October.

Marriott Sawgrass was the host and I had an amazing team on my side! Room Service, Theresa Childs, Beachview and GT Rentals, Diggin' In Dreamland, Cake O'Licious and to round things out-Rose of Sharon!

My team and I made the trip up there that day and after overseeing set up and stuffing bags and attending to last minute details, we had a chance to sit, eat, relax and network with some wonderful people (and we even took a minute to shake our booties on the dance floor!)

Thanks to The Knot for another amazing Industry party and allowing us to be a part of it all!

The Knot Insider's Guide

Recently I was asked by The Knot to be the host of their Insider's Guide for their on demand tv site that is featured on line.

It was a huge honor and I had a blast working alongside Christa Vagnozzi, Senior Marketing Manager with The Knot.

We spent the entire day going around to some local hot spots and had the talented Rainer Flor with Simply Cinematic filming us! Luckily I share some office space with the fantabulous Patricia LeJeune so she did my make up that morning!

On May 14, 2010 in the quiet town of Leesburg, Charlotte and Jess exchanged wedding vows on Charlotte's parents 42-acre property as guests sat in the front yard and had the most gorgeous view of Lake Silver! It was the longest day I had ever worked but the best wedding I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of. From the moment I met Charlotte and Jess and Iris (mob), I fell in love and our relationship blossomed over a year of planning! It was great to see it all come together and kind of sad to know I wouldn't be talking to them on a weekly basis!

These wonderful programs/fans helped guests stay cool during the ceremony.

Gazebo was built by Charlotte's dad but decorated by Tommy Murphy at Greenery Productions.

The reception was held out back, with some guests inside the barn and other outside under the tent.

This cake was so YUMMY!

Sparkler exit! Best wishes to Charlotte and Jess as they embark on their life together. I will always remember this wonderful wedding day and how special our relationship was. Looking forward to seeing you all soon!!

CHRISTY & GLENN

Last weekend I had the pleasure of traveling to Sarasota for Christy & Glenn's wedding. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Sarasota where Dick Vitale's Gala was going on but we were having our own little party down at the bar after rehearsal dinner! There was an awesome band and a lot of guests enjoyed the atmosphere!

I've been looking forward to this wedding for a while-there's just some brides that you really "click" with! Christy was just a joy to work with and always had that beautiful smile on her face!

We did photos before the ceremony (highly recommend this) and these were done at The Ritz before we took off in the trolley to the church.

It was a bit hot but after the ceremony we stopped at Marina Jack's for a few photos and even saw a Manatee in the water but of course didn't get a chance to get a good photo of it.

The reception was held at Michael's on East and the food was amazing-complete with four different action stations, a martini bar, a cigar bar outside and then an ice cream bar for a late night snack! No one left hungry (or sober for that matter!) :)

JEANNIE AND HARRY

I've known Jeannie for a few years now after doing a couple of her friends weddings and I was so super excited to be with her and Harry on their wedding day!

Jeannie worked her tail off to bring all the elements together and I loved how it all turned out-breathtaking! And of course it was a blast being surrounded by 4 other fantastic couples who I worked with over the past 4 1/2 years!! (SHOUT OUT TO NICKIE AND LARRY FOR TALKING ME UP!!)

The reception was at the Winter Park Women's Club and Arthur's Catering did a remarkable job with the food, including a late night snack of butlered passed sweet potato fries and a mini cheeseburger! HUGE HIT!!

Congrats Jeannie and Harry! It was an honor to be a part of such a special day and I look forward to our continued relationship!

Last night was The Knot industry party at the Waldorf Astoria and it was amazing!!! Organized and planned by Heather Snively and her team at Weddings Unique, the ladies went all out to make sure all of us in the wedding industry had a blast!

The wonderful ladies at Solutions Bridal had dresses on display as well as models showing off some fabulous designers!

This human water fountain was so cool! As well as the cupcake art! (and the cake wasn't so bad either!) :)

Hard to tell by this photo that we had to move this wedding reception that was scheduled for outdoors to an inside ballroom because it was too cold!

Susie and Francis exchanged vows on March 13th at The Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes as the sun shone brightly on them during their ceremony!

Flowers of Winter Park handled the decor for the day and Susie and Francis were thrilled with the result, especially after deciding we had to move indoors. No disappointment at all!

I swear I have the best clients and Charlotte and Jess are top on the list! I have had a BLAST planning with Charlotte and her mom, Iris!

This past Saturday we were at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton for Susana and Francis's wedding and the day could not have been more perfect! From the weather to all the details-it was just a great day!

Had a fabulous wedding this past weekend at The Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate for Gantry and Michael! They are from LA and I only had the chance to meet with them twice before the wedding but luckily the Internet is a magnificent tool for communication! The wedding went off without a hitch and that is mostly because I had the most wonderful team on my side! VERONICA & MARC

Last night Veronica and Marc exchanged wedding vows in a chilly, but gorgeous ceremony setting outside on the Terrace at The Rosen Shingle Creek.

When I met them 10 months ago, their goal was perfectly clear ... "we wanna wow everyone" Marc had told me. My first phone call was to Tommy Murphy at Greenery Productions and together we created a WOW factor for everyone!
Pink was the pop of color- not sure if you can notice Marc's personalized Nike's in this ceremony photo but he had his name (as well as the groomsmen's name) put on the back of the shoe. And Marc wore pink socks for his bride! :)

The uplighted, done by JR Silva Entertainment, really created that magical look in the Butler Ballroom.

Custom GOBO on the dancefloor and we used the monogram on the menu cards, guest sign in book and koozies!

If you look up at the ceiling, you can notice that we shut off the lights and created an outdoor, stary night feel.

My job is easy when I work with great vendors! I could not have done this without Tommy and Jen Sandler at Shingle Creek. And special thanks to Edmund Rhodes for sending over these images LESS THAN 24 HOURS after the wedding! You rock!!

Words cannot describe what an awesome time I had planning Ivette & Ed's wedding! For 18 months I worked with Ivette and her mom, Nieves, and formed a wonderful relationship with them. To see this day come together and how happy everyone was, made my day (year!) This was a party from the getting ready stage until the end of the night!

The room was stunning, thanks to Tommy Murphy of Greenery Productions!

The cake was designed by Bake Me A Cake and Tommy and I had agreed it belonged on the stage to be a focal point as guests entered. The two pieces flanking the cake were at the church on the altar and re-used here!

The cigar bar was a huge hit after dinner!

I love this photo-what a wonderful way to exit the night (of course it helps when you have coordinators who line up the guests in a safe way!) Ivette and Ed both looked just as fabulous at the end of the night as they did when the day started.

Before Christmas we had the pleasure of working with Sally and Kelly in making their wedding dreams come true!

The Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show

Today we were at the Rosen Centre for the Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show! It was the craziest thing I've ever seen! Over 600 brides were there!
I know it was my booth, but I gotta say .... we were looking pretty good! Thanks to Tommy Murphy of Greenery Productions for my floral and helping me set my booth. My sweet GOBO came from Steve at Power Entertainment DJ and the furniture is from Room Service.

The Winter Park Farmer's Market came to life this past Saturday when Flourish Floral Productions brought Allison's wedding vision to life!
The placecards were put on silver trays that family owned.

The toile linen and the acrylic Chiavari chairs completed the look for Allison and Chris.

The cake and mini desserts were done by Bake Me A Cake. Allison and Chris named all of their tables after a French dessert so if you were at the Eclair table, you had an Eclair waiting for you at your place setting!

THE RITZ CARLTON

Larry and Tanya contacted me about 6 weeks before their big day and needed help with making their dream a reality! Tommy Murphy with Greenery Productions was already part of the team so I knew the decor would be flawless!

I had to find a dj for them so I enlisted DJ Danny with Power Entertainment and I also had to find hair and make up so I contacted Patricia Lejeune to get the job done.

I also assisted with final touches for their wedding and the result was one happy couple!

Just as I was ready to start sending the mothers to be seated I looked down the aisle and noticed a snake looming at the door!!!!

I don't care what kind it is ... it's still a snake and it lingered by the door for a good 15 seconds! Scott David Photography was nice enough to send me this image so I could prove it and he was actually the one who scared the snake away so I could start my processional!

I have known Liz and Matt for about 4 years, when I met them at a wedding I did for one of their friends and from that moment I met them I was hoping I could help plan their wedding one day!

Liz is THE sweetest person I have ever met and I had so much fun with her planning and being there for such a special day! And she is marrying the greatest man around-Matt totally rocks!

ERIN AND MARCO

OMG-can you say freaking beautiful?! Erin and Marco were the perfect couple and their wedding was so much fun!

The ceremony took place at Shingle Creek and it was a perfect February day!

The reception took place at Maggiano's in Pointe Orlando and I have to tell you that Tommy Murphy of Greenery Productions totally transformed this place!

The look on Erin and her mother, Rita's face was PRICELESS!

And of course my favorite thing-the candy bar! YUMMY! :)

NICKI AND DREW

I had such a fun wedding this past weekend with Nicki and Drew (and sister Jeannie!). The reception was at the Winter Park Farmer's Market and they totally themed it with name cards hung from twine on the trees, chalkboards with the menu written on them and a great rustic look inside with lanterns hanging from the ceiling!

They had Arthur's do dinner family style which is the best way for a fun and relaxing atmosphere! And the antipasta station was the hit of the night. It was a wonderful evening and am always excited to see familiar faces when I'm at a wedding.

CONGRATS KRISTY LEE AND ROB!

She looked like an angel! On Friday, March 13th I assisted with the production of a lifetime! Kristy Lee and Rob (artists by nature) created their entire wedding, incorporated "teams" to assist and each team had their zone to attend to before and after.

After a lot of hard work, the result was amazing and it was everything they dreamed of.

No bad luck for them- that's for sure. Best wishes to you both!

DENISE & CARLOS

By far, this was one of my most favorite weddings! From the couple to the very last detail!

I had "met" Denise via e-mail and then phone and shortly after we began planning her dream wedding. Of course one of my first calls was to Tommy Murphy of Greenery Productions! I knew with him on my side, the night would be a huge success!

The reception took place at the Dr. Phillips House at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne and we removed all tables and chairs that are in the house and had a design of our own.

The outcome .... FABULOUS!

Caliente performed for the night and the dance floor was never empty.

On their wedding day (3.07.09), it was only the third time I had been with Denise and Carlos (actually second for Denise-she was sick for the tasting) but it felt like I had known them forever. Their families and bridal party were amazing and I feel like a ton of friendships were made.

I am so happy that I was a part of this special day and was able to bring it all together for Denise and Carlos-exactly the way they dreamed it!

TRACY AND AARON

I met Tracy a couple years ago at Summit Church (the best church ever!) when John and I first started to attend and we became friends quickly. She loved hearing stories about the weddings I worked and could not wait to plan her own.

I was thrilled to receive a text from her a couple months ago saying: "Guess who's wedding you get to plan!" AAAAHHHHH! :) We got started right away and it's been a blast working with her and Aaron!

Tonight I had the opportunity to speak to some UCF Students at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management and I had such a good time!

I got a chance to see Lovelynn and I haven't seen her since the ABC Conference last year! I was also on the panel with Elise Enloe, Elisa Delgardio and Emily from Weddings Unique.

I love talking with students interested in Wedding Coordination and hopefully helping them better understand the business. There are A LOT of people who want to "BE" Wedding Coordinator, but not a lot who want to "DO" Wedding Coordinator!

The students served up some Sparkling Cider and cake at the end of the night and it was only fitting for us to toast a great night!

I truly love my job and I love that there is not "competition" among us and that we are friends. It really makes my job that much more enjoyable.

MORIAH AND AARON

I had the pleasure of working with Moriah and Aaron a couple weeks ago and their wedding at The Lake Mary Events Center was fabulous!

Karla Fountain was nice enough to send me some photos and I so enjoyed working with her! This top shot of Moriah, I actually fluffed out her dress for the shot! (I love being helpful!) :)

Flourish Floral Productions provided the floral and took Moriah's breath away with their decor!

It's easy to have a successful wedding when you are surrounded by the best and with Arthur's handling the kosher meal and Karla behind the lens and Flourish providing the decor, I knew it would be a smooth day. Throw in Frankie C and harpist Christine MacPhail and Jeffrey Stoner Video ... how could a girl go wrong!

REST IN PEACE, JEFF

Today was a sad day as hundreds of people said goodbye to Jeff Kalish, who passed away on January 13.

My heart breaks for fiancee, Blythe, who was scheduled to marry Jeff on January 31st.

I know everything happens for a reason and am confident Jeff is resting peacefully in Heaven but it saddens me that Blythe did not get the chance to marry her soul mate and vice versa.

ANDREA AND ADAM

I am so honored to be working at The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, assisting brides with their weddings and overseeing things. But on December 13th, I got to witness a very special ceremony with Andrea who is the Catering Coordinator at the hotel. She has been such a joy to work with and to be able to help her on such a special day was a treat for me and my staff!

Not only was Andrea a stunning bride-her room looked amazing! Tommy Murphy of Greenery Productions did a fabulous job pulling her vision together! And the cookie table was a definite hit!

HEATHER AND DAMON

A couple months ago I had a wedding in New Smryna at a private condo and I just love the way everything turned out. Fun bright colors along with a relaxed and fun bride and groom made for a fabulous day!

Merry Christmas!

The family and I flew up to Michigan to visit my mom and dad and my two sisters (Diana and Shawn) and aunts, uncles, cousins ....

This is only the second time in the 10 years that John and I have been married that we have come up for the holidays. After not being here last year and me being so sad about it, I knew no matter what I wanted to come be with my family.

After all, isn't that what Christmas is about? Being with those you love at such a wonderful time of year.

I'm so thrilled that I got to see everyone and that there was snow on the ground! My kids had a blast in it and David was so pumped to use the snow blower! :)

I am so thankful for so many blessings in my life, but most of all my wonderful family!

I met Mary a few years ago when she was a bridesmaid in a wedding I coordinated and actually was fortunate enough to do her sisters wedding a few months ago.

Stephanie and Nick E-Session

This past weekend Stephanie and Nick met up with Troy Battle for their engagement session photos and it looks like they had so much fun!

I have been working with Stephanie and Nick for 7 months but had never met them until this past weekend. They were in town from Chicago for a very productive weekend of dj meeting, floral meeting, tasting at Portofino Bay Hotel and their engagement session!

I so enjoyed my time with them and am looking forward to their big day in March!

Last weekend we were out at Grand Bohemian with Tracy and Patrick and I was so honored to be with them on such a special day!

A couple weeks ago Lisa wtih E-Events and Abby Liga had an open house to celebrate their new office and I was so excited when I saw Garrett and Joy Nudd there!

I am so fortunate to have such wonderful clients and to have built some great friendships over the past 5 years! Heather and Damon were definitely those clients who I bonded with immediately which was awesome, considering they came to me from another coordinating company that had to move away.

It was an instant connection with them both and Heather's parents! I truly enjoyed my time planning with them and getting to know them all and thought the day was amazing!

Held in New Smyrna Beach at Heather's parents condo, this wedding was a show stopper. From the flowers, to the linens, to the food, to the steel drum player, to the picture perfect weather, everything was fantastic!
