Holly and I had the pleasure of helping out Kimberly and Paul with their wedding today at Maison and Jardin. It was absolutely gorgeous!

Kimberly, better known as Sunny K with Radio Disney, was a stunning bride and had selected fuscia and an olive green as her colors. Mary Grace with Belladonna Cakes designed the perfect cake for this special day.
The newleyweds depart for Venice soon to celebrate their new relationship as husband and wife. Congrats!

I am so disappointed that the wedding we did for TLC did not air tonight. And a big sorry to all of you who watched World's Largest Woman.

It was a long day and I haven't been feeling well since Thursday but by 5pm I was getting pretty excited. I started cooking dinner for the girls who help me out with the weddings and was planning on having a few people over to watch the show. As we sit down to eat my phone rings and it's Brenda - the bride. I'm thinking she's calling because she's so nervous (it's 6:10 at this point) but instead she is calling to tell me they have pulled the show. The producer called her and said they wanted to pull it and air it in June, during wedding season and get some press on it.

WHATEVER - I was pretty bummed, but I'm sure Brenda and Jim and the girls were even more so since the show is about them.

Hopefully we will hear something soon and I will let you know the details. Until then .... Go Jordin Sparks.

Congratulations to Tara and Todd! They became husband on wife on Saturday as they exchanged their vows in the courtroom of The Orange County Regional History Center. After a short and sweet ceremony (just the way they wanted it) the party was started!

They were both so relaxed and really enjoyed the day - what an honor it was to work with them.
Here is a photo of them taken outside The History Center by Troy Battle (www.troybattle.com).

The big day is near .... the wedding that we did for TLC will air Wednesday, May 23 at 7pm! I just want to say that I have not seen any part of the show and have no idea how the editing was done! :)

It's so weird knowing that one of our weddings will be on tv and we have no idea what it will look like, how we will look, how Jim and Brenda will be portrayed. After all, it is reality tv (wink, wink).

I hope you all tune in and get a chance to see a beautiful wedding that we had the honor of doing!

I was honored to be featured in the Orlando Sentinel yesterday concerning my business and the wedding I had that was filmed for TLC.

I have to say I was very nervous to read the Q&A because after two questions Laura Brost (the Sentinel columnist) told me not to talk so much. :) It's so hard for me, especially when you want to talk to me about weddings!
Anyway, here's a photo by ArtzPhoto from a recent wedding of how I multi-task! :)
